Shipping:	In-stock orders placed before 3:30pm CST ship same day, otherwise next day.
Discounts:	In most cases our best prices are listed on the Web site. Click here to inquire about additional discounts that might be available for quantities of 200 pieces or more of the a single item.
Backorders:	On UPS Red or Blue orders, if the item is temporarily out of stock, we will attempt to contact you promptly to give you the option of waiting, substituting, or canceling. On UPS Ground orders, if the item cannot be shipped within a week, we will contact you with those options.
