Carbide Depot Product Offering:	We can supply any Iscar item offered in the USA product line. Most USA standard stock items are listed on the Web site.

Shipping:	All Iscar orders ship out of our warehouse in Birmingham AL. Iscar does not allow us to drop-ship from their warehouse direct to customers, so we order material daily, receive in 1-2 days, repackage and ship to customers. Accordingly, you should expect a 1-2 day delay in the shipping of Iscar items. You can expect to receive UPS Red orders in a total of 2 business days, and UPS Blue orders in 3 business days. Customers are only charged shipping on one shipment from our warehouse to you.
Order cut-off:	We place Iscar orders daily at 2:30 Central Standard Time to meet Iscar's shipping cut-off time. Orders received after 2:30 fall into next day's business.
Stock Status:	We do stock some Iscar products at our warehouse in Birmingham AL, but most Iscar products are shipped to us from their warehouse in Texas. 95% plus of the items listed ship in 1-2 business days.
Backorders:	On UPS Red or Blue orders, if the item is temporarily out of stock, we will attempt to contact you promptly to give you the option of waiting, substituting, or canceling. On UPS Ground orders, if the item cannot ship within a week, we will email you promptly with those options.
Items not on Web site:	Most USA standard stock items are listed on the Web site, but we do not currently list solid carbide round tools e.g. solid drills and end mills. Israel stock items are available but not listed on the Web site. Expect a 1-2 week delivery on those items. Contact us for pricing and availability of solid carbide round tools and Israel stock items.
