Shipping: Kyocera products drop-ship from their warehouse in Ohio straight to our customers. Shipping cutoff is 2:15pm CDT for ground orders and 3:15pm CDT for Red and Blue orders.
Backorders: On UPS Red or Blue orders, if the item is temporarily out of stock, we will attempt to contact you as soon as we are confirmed (usually same day, at worst the following day) to give you the option of waiting, substituting, or canceling. On UPS Ground orders, if the item cannot be shipped within a week, we will email you promptly with those options.
Non-returnable items: Products from Kyocera Precision Tools are NO LONGER acceptable for return if the package seals have been broken in any way. This is a policy that has recently been established by the manufacturer because their product fulfillment is provided by a third party.
Discounts: Our best prices are listed on the Web site. No additional discounts are available under any conditions.
Items not on Website: We can supply all standard stock Kyocera products in their US product offering. Please let us know if you do not see a standard item with an EDP# on our Web site and we will add it for you.
