On UPS Ground orders, if the item cannot be shipped within a week, we will email you promptly with those options.
Non-returnable items: Products from Kyocera Precision Tools are NO LONGER acceptable for return if the package seals have been broken in any way. This is a policy that has recently been established by the manufacturer because their product fulfillment is provided by a third party.
