Shipping: Kyocera products drop-ship direct to our customers in 1-2 days from their warehouse in Ohio. Shipping cutoff is 1pm CDT for ground orders and 2:30pm CDT for Red and Blue orders. If an item is ordered that is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to give you the option of waiting, canceling, or substituting.

Shipping: Kyocera products drop-ship from their warehouse in Ohio straight to our customers. In-stock orders placed before 1pm CDT ship same day, otherwise next day. Air orders can ship within 1-1/2 hours later and still ship same day.
Backorders: On UPS Red or Blue orders, if the item is temporarily out of stock, we will attempt to contact you as soon as we are confirmed (usually same day, at worst the following day) to give you the option of waiting, substituting, or canceling. On UPS Ground orders, if the item cannot be shipped within a week, we will email you promptly with those options.
Discounts: Our best prices are listed on the Web site. No additional discounts are available under any conditions.
Items not on Website: We can supply all standard stock Kyocera products in their US product offering. Please let us know if you do not see a standard item with an EDP# on our Web site and we will add it for you.
