Shipping: Walter products drop-ship direct to our customers same day from their warehouse in Kentucky. Shipping cutoff is 4pm CST for ground and 5pm CST for Red and Blue orders. If an item is ordered that is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to give you the option of waiting, canceling, or substituting.

Shipping: All Walter products drop-ship from their warehouse in Kentucky straight to our customers. In-stock orders placed before 4pm CST ship same day, otherwise next day. Air shipments may be placed within an hour later and still ship same day. If an item is ordered that is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to give you the option of waiting, canceling, or substituting.
Backorders: On UPS Red or Blue orders, if the item is temporarily out of stock, we will attempt to contact you as soon as we are confirmed (usually same day, at worst the following day) to give you the option of waiting, substituting, or canceling. On UPS Ground orders, if the item cannot be shipped within a week, we will email you promptly with those options.
Items not on Website: We can supply all standard US stock and Europe stock Walter products. Please let us know if you do not see a standard stock item with an EDP# on our Web site, and we will add it for you.
