- Grade Description: Thin ultra fine TiCN CVD coated carbide grade improves wear resistance. Bright gold coating reduces edge build-up and adhesion and provides low cutting resistance. Small edge preparation provides low cutting resistance and minimizes notch wear. Application range low to medium cutting speed continuous or light interrupted cutting. Recommended cutting speeds 270-730 sfm on 300 series stainless, 320-760 sfm on 400 series stainless, and 140-370 sfm on ph stainlesses.
