Shipping:  Click the Check Stock button (beside the Add to Cart button) for real-time Iscar inventory quantities. US Stock products ship out of our warehouse in Alabama 1-2 days after your order is placed. Iscar does not allow us to drop-ship from their warehouse direct to customers, so we order material daily, receive the following business day, repackage and ship to customers. Accordingly, you should expect a 1-2 day delay in the shipping of Iscar items. Iscar's shipping cutoff requires us to place our orders at 2:20pm CST, so orders for US Stock items placed before that time ship the following business day, but orders placed after 2:20pm cannot be ordered until the next day, so there is a 2 day delay before shipment.  Delivery on INTL stock items usually takes 1-2 weeks for transfer from Israel, and delivery for items showing no US or INTL stock usually ship in 6-8 weeks. Customers are only charged shipping on one shipment from our warehouse to you.

Semi-standard Non-cancelable Non-returnable items:
 		Please note that Iscar has now designated a significant number of their products as "SEMI-STANDARD NON-CANCELABLE NON-RETURNABLE." These items are identified as such on our Web site, and because of Iscar's policies, Carbide Depot cannot accept returns or cancellations of orders on these items.
Backorders: On UPS Red or Blue orders, if the item is temporarily out of stock, we will attempt to contact you promptly to give you the option of waiting, substituting, or canceling. On UPS Ground orders, if the item cannot ship within a week, we will contact you and give you those options.
Items not on Web site:
 		Standard USA stock items are listed on the Web site. Israel stock items are also listed but you should expect a 1-2 week delivery on those items.
