Semi-standard Non-cancelable Non-returnable items:	Please note that Iscar has now designated a significant number of their products as "SEMI-STANDARD NON-CANCELABLE NON-RETURNABLE." These items are identified as such on our Web site, and because of Iscar's policies, Carbide Depot cannot accept returns or cancellations of orders on these items.
Backorders:	On UPS Red or Blue orders, if the item is temporarily out of stock, we will attempt to contact you promptly to give you the option of waiting, substituting, or canceling. On UPS Ground orders, if the item cannot ship within a week, we will contact you and give you those options.
