Shipping: Iscar products drop-ship out of their warehouse in Texas. Shipping cutoff is 3pm CDT.
Order Cutoff: We place Iscar orders at 2:20pm CST. If we receive your order after that time, it falls into next day's business.
Stock Status: Click the Blue Check Stock button (beside the Add to Cart button) to check availability. US Stock items ship 2-3 days after placed (see the Shipping section above). International stock items usually ship in 1-2 weeks for transfer from Israel.
Semi-standard Non-cancelable Non-returnable items:
 		Please note that Iscar has now designated a significant number of their products as "SEMI-STANDARD NON-CANCELABLE NON-RETURNABLE." These items are identified as such on our Web site, and because of Iscar's policies, Carbide Depot cannot accept returns or cancellations of orders on these items.
Backorders: On UPS Red or Blue orders, if the item is temporarily out of stock, we will attempt to contact you promptly to give you the option of waiting, substituting, or canceling. On UPS Ground orders, if the item cannot ship within a week, we will contact you and give you those options.
Items not on Web site:
 		Standard USA stock items are listed on the Web site. Israel stock items are also listed but you should expect a 1-2 week delivery on those items.
